Job Description

Hello!At Factorial were looking for a new **Account Manager for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level.**Ready to be part of the challenge **The RoleWe are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team **onsite from our Barcelona **office to act as the first point of contact with existing customers answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of onboarding new customer creating longterm relationships with them understanding their processes and problems and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.****What will you be doing

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve longterm partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with sales product ops and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and crosssell to clients
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Identify upsell crosssell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales marketing product teams regularly

**Your Profile

  • A proficient level of Italian is required & professional English. We are international!
  • **Proven track record of 12 years in account management sales or customer retention with a strong focus on **upselling and crossselling to maximize client value and achieve revenue targets.
  • **Experience with drive client retention and renewal by implementing proactive strategies and tailored solutions to prevent churn and maximize longterm client value.
  • **Demonstrated expertise in managing complex client needs building longterm relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • **Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency in client interactions.
  • Ability to **multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
