Your Role As a MidLevel Inbound SDR you will play a key role in our sales team helping to qualify highquality leads build solid relationships and deliver value to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Sales Development: Managing incoming leads and quickly qualifying them to identify the highest potential opportunities.
- Analysis and Consulting: Engaging with HR Managers CEOs and other key business stakeholders to understand their challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Coordinating with Account Executives Marketing and Operations to optimize the sales cycle and ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Multichannel Management: Using tools like HubSpot and other software to track and manage leads; working with the marketing team to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Qualification Process Optimization: Creating strategies to analyze prospect information improve conversion rates and ensure sales success.
- Networking and FollowUp: Maintaining constant communication with leads through emails calls and other nurturing activities to keep them engaged in the decisionmaking process.What We Are Looking for in You To be the ideal candidate youll identify with these characteristics:
- Solid Experience: At least 12 years in an inbound SDR or other sales role (preferably in SaaS environments).
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in Italian and good command of either English or Spanish.
- Location: Living in Barcelona to work in our dynamic international office.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs such as HubSpot Aircall and automation software.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to listen analyze and propose tailored solutions to clients needs.
- Motivation and Autonomy: Ambitious proactive and ready to exceed expectations with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Communication Skills: Skilled at engaging and persuading through clear verbal and written messages.
