This role focuses on leading our initial sales efforts and refining our gotomarket strategy through direct customer interactions. You will be instrumental in shaping our product offering by translating real customer needs and feedback into actionable insights for our product development team. Tasks
CustomerDriven Strategy Development:
- Engage directly with potential customers to gather insights validate productmarket fit and understand key pain points that our product needs to address.
- Develop a flexible GTM strategy that evolves with customer feedback and market dynamics identifying pivot opportunities as needed.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure customer feedback is seamlessly integrated into product development cycles.
Iterative Sales Process Establishment:
- Design and experiment with various sales approaches to identify effective strategies understanding that early efforts are exploratory and iterative.
- Build foundational sales processes that can scale but remain adaptable as the product and market understanding deepens.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance using datadriven insights to refine tactics continuously.
Stakeholder Engagement and Feedback Loop:
- Foster strong relationships with early adopters and key stakeholders acting as the liaison between customers and our internal teams.
- Implement a structured feedback collection mechanism to capture detailed customer insights and track customer satisfaction metrics.
- Represent the startup at industry forums workshops and networking events to promote our vision and gather further market intelligence.
Requirements
Experience and Education:
- Proven track record in sales roles with a strong preference for experience in earlystage startups or dynamic prePMF environments.
- Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field; experience in a technical or productfocused role is a plus.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills capable of engaging effectively with diverse customer bases.
