Tasks

The Director Product (Ad Platform & AdTech) (m/f/d) plays a key role in building a global selfservice advertising platform enabling brands and agenciesto book manage and optimize campaigns across airports instore media and digital signage.

The Director Product (Ad Platform & AdTech) (m/f/d) reports to the SVP Advertising and Commercialization and can be based in either of our global hubs in the United States The Netherlands the United Kingdom Switzerland Italy Spain or Singapore if in possession of an appropriate work permit.

  • Develop Avoltas advertising platform to support DOOH Programmatic SelfService Media Buying and Dynamic Pricing
  • Lead endtoend platform development working with engineers AdOps and analytics teams
  • Integrate AI & automation to improve ad targeting optimization and media
  • Ensure seamless connectivity with DSPs SSPs and major agency trading desks
  • Drive innovation in retail media through loyaltydriven advertising mobile placements and instore digital activation

Requirements

  • 10 years experience in AdTech Programmatic Advertising or Retail Media Platforms
  • Deep knowledge of DSPs SSPs and the AdTech ecosystem
  • Proven track record of launching highscale advertising platforms
  • Strong product leadership skills with experience in AIdriven advertising solutions
  • Fluent in English speech and writing: additional language is an asset
  • Superior relationshipbuilding and exceptional consultative skills with a passion and hunger to win
  • Travel required as necessary for customerfacing activities and team collaboration
