With more than 140000 members worldwide it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) in Vienna.
We are looking for a new team member (fulltime 38.5h) to support the European School of Radiology (ESOR) in delivering highquality educational programmes and workshops for radiologists worldwide.
We are looking for an organised detailoriented administrative allrounder. You will be coordinating multiple projects liaising between different stakeholders and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will join a collaborative team of six working together to manage the logistics of various 70 educational initiatives.
As part of our team youll handle the logistics and administration of ESORs educational initiatives ensuring seamless coordination between faculty sponsors technical teams and other stakeholders. Your main tasks will include:
Programme & Workshop Coordination
Training & Fellowship Programmes
Content & Technical Support
General Administrative Tasks
Background: A degree is not required but experience in event coordination project administration or a similar role is a plus!
Languages: Excellent English skills (written & spoken) additional languages are a bonus
Techsavvy: Comfortable with MS Office Excel Google Docs and willing to learn new tools (e.g. WordPress Buffer InDesign)
Organised & detailoriented: You love planning structuring tasks and keeping track of deadlines
Strong communicator: Most of your work will involve emailing and coordinating between different teams
Willing to travel 45 times per year 36 days per trip) for onsite workshops
Bonus points for: Experience in social media management marketing WordPress or Canva
Work in an international nonprofit organisation making a real impact in medical education
Home Office one day per week
Travel across Europe for workshops
Modern office in the heart of Vienna (U1 U2 U3 U4 connections)
Flexible working hours (Gleitzeit)
Salary: Minimum 2350 gross/month 14x per year) for a 38.5hweek. The final salary based on qualifications and experience.
