Were looking for a smart ambitious and entrepreneurial allrounder to join us as a Working Student in Business Development. Youll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and gain real handson experience across multiple growthrelated areas of the company.
About Lendorse:
We are an AIdriven Edtech/Fintech startup on a mission to break down financial barriers for international students from developing countries. Through Income Share Agreements (ISAs) and personalized mentoring we help students unlock their potential without debt collateral or a credit score.
In 2023 we closed a funding round with toptier VCs like Earlybird Evergryn Ventures and Vealo Ventures. In 2024 we secured a 10 million credit facility to fund students and are now finalizing a 1.75 million seed round. Weve also built strong partnerships with worldclass universities like HSG INSEAD HEC Paris SSE and more.
Tasks
As a Business Development Working Student youll be exposed to a wide range of strategic and operational tasks:
- Work directly with our CCO on business growth initiatives
- Help us acquire new students and customers through targeted campaigns and outreach
- Support our partnership efforts with top universities and organizations
- Assist in the underwriting process including data collection structuring and analysis
- Collaborate on marketing & communications e.g. content ideas email campaigns and growth hacks
- Get the chance to bring your own ideas to the table and actually execute them
Requirements
Our ideal candidate...
- ... is currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree ideally in Business Economics Entrepreneurship Digital Innovation or a related field
- ... has a handson mentality is proactive and gets things done
- ... is curious analytical and communicates clearly
- ... is excited about startups and ready to learn fast
- ... speaks English fluently German is a plus but not required
- ... is passionate about fintech education and impactdriven innovation
