Job Description
- Shift: 8hr Day
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1600 $1800
- Assess and evaluate patients physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques to improve mobility and function.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans exercises and preventative care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory policies.
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required).
- Experience: Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50mile radius qualify for travel pay.
