- Provide technical support to team on all type of complaints.
- Telephonic/video call consultation by ECA/CCA/TL
- Visiting the complaint site if unable to resolve the complaint over phone/video call
- Conduct training to new ECA/CCA/TL wrt to product application complaints handling.
- TA will ensure the training of new products to team members as and when required by the unit
