Our Employment team in Amsterdam is composed of 12 ambitious and collaborative lawyers including a Partner a Counsel two Senior Advisors two Senior Associates three Associates and three trainee lawyers. We foster a closeknit collaborative environment where ambition and innovation are matched with a focus on personal development and enjoyment at work.
The teams primary focus is advising clients on strategic issues giving you the opportunity to handle a diverse range of matters from day one. This includes advising on executivelevel hiring and dismissals designing remuneration policies conducting investigations into issues like #MeToo and integrity breaches and offering strategic counsel on incentive plans (crossborder) restructurings works council disputes employee data protection complex transfer of employees matters pensions and outsourcing. Youll work with toptier international clients including leaders in technology fintech and other corporate sectors.
