Job Description
Our Client a global Healthcare company is seeking a skilled Coupa Procure to Pay TechnoFunctional Consultant to design implement and optimize Coupa solutions across Procure to Pay modules.
This will be a hybrid role where the selected candidate will work onsite 2/3 days per week in the companys Dublin office.
Key responsibilities:
Global System Leadership:
- Lead Coupa P2P implementations for large user bases and oversee system upgrades including regression testing and documentation.
- Manage multiregional stakeholder alignment for procurement processes ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g. GxP).
- Manage common Coupa Admin tasks Configure Content Groups Enterprise Company Codes Chart of Accounts approval chains PO Customizations Tax codes PO Transmission methods understand requirements around requisitions POs Invoices and configure workflow receipts and tolerances Deploy best Coupa practices.
Supplier & Integration Expertise:
- Design and implement B2B integrations (cXML punchout catalogs) with vendors and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Streamline supplier onboarding processes using 80/20 classification to minimize business disruption.
Compliance & Training:
- Validate solutions against FDA SOX and GDPR requirements in pharmaceutical workflows.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for global teams.
Requirements
- 3 years of Coupa P2P implementation experience including largescale rollouts and SAP integrations.
- Proven work with procurement invoicing supplier management
- Expertise in cXML punchout catalogs and ERP data synchronization.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (visa support considered for exceptional candidates).
Highly Preferred:
- Experience with Ariba Invoicing SAP Concur or Zycus.
- Knowledge of supplier enablement strategies and B2B integration tools.
- Certification in Coupa P2P modules or Agile methodologies.
