Job Description

Position Vacant: Sales Intern


Company Profile:

Our Client is a group of companies catering to various industries in the field of Software & Services. We resell leading software from OEMs such as Zoho Autodesk Bexel CUBE Trimble Sketchup and ZWCAD and help customers implement these cuttingedge solutions in their workflows.


Job Description / Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling field visits networking events and referrals.

  • Build rapport with potential customers and position the company s product offerings.

  • Present relevant solutions to potential customers.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.

  • Stay uptodate on industry trends market conditions and competitive activities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and optimize sales outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including client interactions sales transactions and followup actions in the CRM system.

  • Send daily weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager.

  • Note: This role involves 95 field work and 5 office reporting.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Generate Requirements and Quotes (minimum 5 per week).

  • Generate Technical Meetings/Demos (minimum 1 per week).

  • Close/Win Deals (minimum 1 per week).

  • Incentives on realization of sales.



Location of Posting:

Matunga West Mumbai



Requirements


Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Qualification: Fulltime employment. 6 days a week 1st & 3rd Saturdays are holidays).

  • Functional Area: Sales.

  • Industry: Architecture Engineering & Construction Software Sales.


Skills and Requirements:
  • Familiarity with sales and business development tools including CRM software Office Suite and other relevant applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi Sindhi Gujarati or Marwari is an added advantage).

  • Confident in client meetings and presentations.

  • Candidates from Western and Central Line preferred as this is a field office job.
