Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in alignment with overall business objectives and stakeholder guidelines to drive brand growth.
- Collaborate with key accounts and regional teams to implement A&P initiatives while gathering insights for continuous improvement.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and refine future marketing plans to maximize sales performance.
- Monitor coordinate and ensure proper documentation for A&P expenses and other approved costs ensuring timely reimbursement submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures to track against allocated budgets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to assess brand performance market activities and key objectives.
- Communicate with stakeholders on marketing strategies promotional activities and product launches under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients for operational and marketingrelated matters.
- Gather market intelligence on pricing inventory status competitor strategies and campaign to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop contingency plans and alternative strategies when needed.
- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives for assigned product portfolios.
- Conduct market visits with regional teams to gain firsthand insights into industry trends and competitive activities.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
- Three to five years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods sector is preferred particularly in managing stakeholders relationships.
