This is a remote position.
Paid hours per week: 20 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday 1:00 PM 5:00 PM Oklahoma (Central Standard Time CST)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process real estate transaction documents including offers and listing contracts
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections
- Manage email communications related to ongoing transactions
- Handle title work and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Assist in obtaining repair quotes when needed
- Utilize specific platforms for contract uploads and digital signings
- Follow and maintain preset email workflows for efficient communication
Scope
- Manage a portfolio of real estate transactions ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time
- Serve as a liaison between real estate agents clients and other stakeholders in the transaction process
- Maintain and update transaction records and databases
- Assist in streamlining and improving existing transaction coordination processes
- Adapt to seasonal fluctuations in workload particularly during busy periods in the real estate market
- Familiarize with Oklahoma real estate contracts and paperwork
- Learn and utilize Handoff s specific platforms and tools for document management
- Understand and implement the company s established email and communication processes
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in using various software platforms and willingness to learn new systems
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions and terminology is a must
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work parttime hours potentially including some evening hours during the training period
