This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage diverse responsibilities across both business units. This role involves scheduling customer service marketing and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Create match draws and schedules for adult social competitions.
- Communication: Send competition updates to teams via email.
- Marketing: Develop and distribute marketing campaigns to past teams and leads (primarily using Mailchimp).
- Social Media: Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via email schedule free trials manage account cancellations and address general questions.
- Coach Coordination: Manage daily coach schedules via WhatsApp troubleshoot availability issues and communicate with childcare centers.
- Marketing: Send promotional emails to potential leads.
- Social Media: Develop and post engaging content to promote programs.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Experience in customer service and/or client management.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
- Experience using WhatsApp for team communication and coordination.
- Familiarity with scheduling and logistics.
- Experience managing social media content.
- Previous experience working with Australian clients/companies is highly desirable.

At least 3 + years experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing: Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). We're keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing: Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs, development capability would be an advantage. Design: Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media: Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO: While we use an external firm for SEO, you'll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting: Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels. Strong Organisational Skills: You'll have a lot of balls to juggle, so the ability to prioritise and excel in internal communications is essential.
