Purpose of Position

In this role youll
Shape the visual language of our brand:
Play a key role in defining and evolving our visual identity ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.Innovative design: Craft highquality visuals gamified experiences and motion video projects that engage and delight users.
Collaborative impact: Partner with designers developers and product teams to deliver aligned and impactful visual outputs.
UserCentered solutions: Explore and implement design concepts that drive engagement and enhance user interaction.
Mentorship and growth: Provide guidance to junior designers fostering professional development and maintaining exceptional design standards.

Proven expertise in gamification: Demonstrated experience designing gamified solutions with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
Diverse skillset: Proven capabilities in motion video design and mobile app development.
Creative vision: A track record of delivering innovative and visually stunning designs that align with business objectives.
Portfolio: A compelling portfolio with examples of gamification mobile application designs and motion video projects.
Collaboration skills: Ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams and present design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of frontend development to facilitate integration with development teams.
Commitment to accessibility: Familiarity with accessibility standards and a focus on designing inclusive user experiences.
Qualifications :

Bring expertise: Have 35 years of experience crafting exceptional visual designs across diverse platforms and mediums.
Understand the craft: Possess a deep knowledge of visual design principles UI/UX best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate effectively: Demonstrate a strong track record of working seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful results.
Gamification expertise: Knowledge of gamification strategies including reward systems user progression and interactive storytelling.
Communicate with clarity: Exhibit excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills to navigate challenges with confidence.
Inspire and guide: Thrive in mentoring and empowering junior team members to grow their design abilities.
Master the tools: Are proficient in industrystandard design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
