Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our Infrastructure & Platform Delivery initiatives for IFS Technology in Colombo Sri Lanka. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing complex technology programs and ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure and platform solutions that drive our organizations growth and innovation.
A Program Manager at IFS is responsible for realizing the intended value of decided investment cases. A program manager is the voice of the customer provides technical thought leadership and ensures that we deliver the intended value on time on budget and with the right quality resulting in great customer adoption and high customer satisfaction.
Together with our Product Management function you will be a significant contributor to the requirement discovery process.
Your responsibilities will include
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans for infrastructure and platform delivery projects
- Lead crossfunctional teams to achieve program objectives and milestones
- Manage program budgets timelines and resources effectively
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align program goals with business objectives
- Oversee the integration of IFS Technology systems with new infrastructure and platform solutions
- Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall program management capabilities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management with a focus on infrastructure and platform delivery
- Strong knowledge of cloud systems and related infrastructure
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology programs
- Excellent project management skills and proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications preferred
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and platform services
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing crossfunctional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced problemsolving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Ability to make decisive decisions in a fastpaced environment
- Visionary approach to aligning technology solutions with business goals
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
