Salary Range: The expected pay range for this position is $120000k to $130000k yearly. The pay rate will vary based on skills experience and location.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the efforts for low and moderatecomplex projects and lowcomplexity programs. Supports the effort for highly complex projects and all levels of programs.
- Formulates and defines business process and systems scope and objectives for programs and projects through research and factfinding activities combined with a thorough understanding of business process analysis and requirements management practices and principles.
- Recommends and applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process improvement programs and projects by proposing completing and analyzing business models data models and hybrid enterprise models identifying best practices documenting and assessing performance measurements and identifying business process and technology solutions to streamline processes.
- Provides group facilitation interviewing and training and provides additional knowledge transfer to appropriate stakeholders.
- Provides expertise to business analysis framework improvement programs by assessing and providing recommendations to various disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to independently apply business analysis on moderately to highly complex projects scoping requirements elicitation business process modeling requirements management and feasibility and costbenefit analysis.
Qualifications :
Required Skillset:
- 15 years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical project planning negotiating interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to perform costbenefit analysis trending forecasting and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products.
- Ability to lead moderately complex business analysis efforts.
- Technical expertise in one or more business analysisrelated disciplines.
- Exhibits strong communication facilitation formal document writing and presentation skills.
- Provide screen mocks for new/rewritten functionality
- Interact with business stakeholders to gain signoff onscreen designs flow and functionality
- Provide functional expertise (working with Scrum Master and developers) for project backlog creation and maintenance
- Provide functional expertise to Scrum Master and Scrum team for project backlog creation and maintenance and weekly projectwide design discussions.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint kickoffs sprint planning daily standups sprint review/retrospectives and (as applicable) endofsprint demos.
Education:
- Bachelors degree is highly preferred.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active IRS clearance (MBI) or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
