Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team. In this Full time Permanent position located in our Camberwell office you will store cleanse and manipulate data into actionable insights for the company.
About the Role
- Develop and manipulate dataset machine learning models and tools to support the business.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Analytical techniques and commercial mindset in supporting various cross functional departments.
- Continuous learning and application on big data in relation to tools and knowledge.
- Focus on Australia with potential to assist JAG international market.
Qualifications :
We can support you in understanding our organisation but heres what youll need to succeed in this role:
- Experience building sustainable relationships with key stakeholder groups
- Welldeveloped organisation skills stakeholder management and verbal and written communications skills
- Must demonstrate quick thinking common sense urgency and problem solving skills
- Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fastpaced and shifting priority environment.
- Proven experience in data analysis statistical modelling and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with data visualization tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
