As a Safety and Quality Administrator you will maintain Quality Assurance and Safety Management System (SMS) files schedule Quality Assurance and safety audits and provide administrative support to users of the SMS system. In addition to supporting the Quality Assurance Department the Safety and Quality Administrator will be the first point of contact for all guests at Hangar 4 answer calls and direct inquiries to the proper person.
Major Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provides technical assistance and support for quality safety and security programs
- Maintain Quality Assurance and SMS files containing safety report and company audits
- Coordinates activities for analyzing and assessing incident/accident reports and investigations
- Coordinates assigns audit schedule as per established periodic schedule or for cause and compiling audit reports
- Update the audit schedule as required by the Audit Committee Review
- Provide Quality Assurance Manager with a list of audits coming due
- Track audit findings investigations
- Provide Quality Assurance Manager/SMS Manager with Safety Management System reports as required
- Perform data entry for Deferred Item Reports and Aircraft Extension Reports
- Provide support to the Maintenance Administrator in updating maintenance personnel training records
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager and SMS Manager with updating company policy manual and procedures
- Perform general administrative duties including activating hangar access to employees ordering office supplies and reception
- Shall take Audit Committee meeting minutes
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system
- Greet all guests
- Direct interoffice mail
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager or SMS Manager
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who also has:
- 2 years experience supporting at the administrative level
- Strong MS Office suite skills with proficient data entry reflecting attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience developing procedure flowchart and checklist
- Proven ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Understanding of confidentiality and exercises tact and good judgment at all times
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must have a valid Class 5 licence and own and operate a vehicle
- Must qualify for Transportation Security Clearance
