We are looking for a detailoriented and highly organized Events Assistant to support the planning and of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth event operations. This role requires strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Manage event logistics including setup schedules and guest coordination
Support budget tracking and expense management for events
Prepare and organize event materials contracts and documentation
Collaborate with the team to develop creative event concepts and solutions
Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and
Ensure compliance with event regulations and company standards
Provide onsite event support troubleshooting any issues that arise
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in event planning hospitality or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Bachelors degree in Event Management Business or a related field preferred
