The Salesforce Tech Lead will oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Define system landscape to identify gaps between current and desired end states and deliver a solution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and team members.
- Ensure best practices in coding architecture and development processes are followed.
- Perform code reviews and ensure highquality deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases features and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Document technical processes and system configurations.
