Job Description:
The Purchasing Agent will manage the procurement of HVAC equipment parts and supplies ensuring timely delivery quality and costefficiency. This role involves sourcing and negotiating with vendors evaluating supplier performance and collaborating with internal teams to meet project needs.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in procurement preferably in the HVAC or plumbing industry.
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment and parts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (Sage300 preferred).
- Bilingual
