Job Description
Our mission
Join our sustainable and financially stable company as a Senior Software Engineer Python (m/f/d) in our Logistics Outbound team making a direct impact through a hybrid work model in our Berlin headquarters.
Your mission
- Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologies
- Design develop and deploy robust and scalable services using Python Django and FastAPI
- Conceptualize and improve our software architecture
- Understand and solve complex business requirements
- Take ownership of your work and engage in agile ceremonies
- Share your expertise within the team and company and improve existing processes
- Write RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records

Your profile
- At least 6 years of experience in Software Engineering
- Strong organizational and processoriented mindset
- Several years of experience with Python and Django or FastAPI in a working environment
- Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies preferably GCP
- Strong understanding of Celery and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
- Passion for testing clean architecture and clean code
- Fluent in English and great communication skills for discussions and code reviews
