The Diplomat Beach Resort Curio by Hilton is looking to welcome a Concierge to join the team!
This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids and 1000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views delicious dining options and endless sunshine in Hollywood Florida. Our front office team consists of 15 team members that report to our Director of Front Office Operations.
The ideal candidate holds 2 years of experience in customer service and/or hospitality related roles. Extensive knowledge of restaurants dining and activities in the local area of Hollywood Hallandale and Miami. Has experience in guest services and has a passion for hospitality. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work the required shifts.
Shift Pattern:Full flexibility (AM/MID) including weekdays weekends and holidays. 2 days 9AM5PM 3 days 12:30PM8:30PM.
Pay Rate:$17.00 per hour and eligible for incentives

What will I be doing
As a Concierge you would be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Provide information recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries including but not limited to directions hours of outlet operation hotel services transportation and travel arrangements tour and event tickets restaurant reservations and medical care
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel for guests
- Respond to special requests for services including but not limited to dentists doctors childcare florists etc.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote Company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
