Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

This position will work with the VP of Facility/Operation Services and Facility Superintendent; planning coordinating and implementing new market expansion properties facility space modifications/remodels for all locations. Work with contractors/vendors regarding construction initiatives in new or existing markets space modifications and furniture changes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

May include any and/or all of the following:

  1. Participate when needed with project teams as a consultant.
  2. Monitor and maintain HVAC automated system controls. Program and setup schedules for operation.
  3. Monitor and maintain access control system for all locations. Setup user profiles door and holiday schedules and provide history reports as requested.
  4. Maintain repair and replace mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and members.
  5. Be oncall 24 hours a day.
  6. Back up office staff.
  7. Prepare and clean up meeting rooms and assist with special activity projects including event trailer prep and service.
  8. Monitor and maintain video security. Camera placement connectivity video archive for staff and law enforcement includes using facial recognition tool and tag identification cameras.
  9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Knowledge of:
      • Modern office equipment
      • Strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to:
      • Read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram and schedule form
      • Self direct with the initiative and drive necessary to activate a project from conception through completion
      • Solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations
      • Organize and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Skill in:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with members and coemployees
      • Electrical
      • Carpentry
      • Personal computer

QUALIFICATIONS

Training and Testing:

Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development through training education and selfstudy

Successfully complete all applicable compliance training and testing

Education and experience equivalent to:

Three to five years of similar or related experience including preparatory experience

A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours

REQUIREMENTS

Regular attendance and timeliness are essential functions of this position. While performing this job the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for a significant period of time and perform functions that require manual dexterity. The employee must occasionally reach above or below normal body position stoop or bend and carry lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds. A normal range of hearing vision and speech are required to effectively work with coemployees and members.

Follows regulatory and policy compliance requirements which include those efforts in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and AntiMoney Laundering (AML) Regulations Identity Theft Red Flags and other compliance related Policies. This position also requires maintaining confidentiality with regard to nonpublic information about our members and the Credit Union.
