Sales Tender Specialist

The role will:

  • Review tender documents and terms to identify key points requiring attention record requirements and assess opportunities and risks.
  • Oversee the entire processfrom preparation to submissionfor participation in public and private tenders ensuring compliance with specified requirements.
  • Utilize online platforms such as ESIDIS or others for submitting tender documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Gather prepare and organize all necessary documents for the companys tender participation within deadlines maintaining an organized and easily accessible archive.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to compile and finalize tender files providing clarifications and guidance where needed.
  • Track and assess tender outcomes to continuously improve the process.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Law Economics Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong ability to analyze financial data and interpret legal documents with accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) for efficient document preparation and data management.
  • Fluency in English and excellent command of Greek with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in document preparation and tender submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and provide clear explanations to internal and external stakeholders.
