Cascade AIDS Project is excited to announce that we are hiring a skilled and teamoriented Housing Case Manager. The Housing Case Manager will provide services that include homebased housing case management goal planning information and referral services advocacy with and on behalf of clients and eviction prevention for individuals and families living with HIV. This position works with clients in our Supportive Housing Program who may have cooccurring mental health and addiction issues and are homeless at risk of homelessness or have a history of chronic homelessness.
This is a FullTime 40 hours a week) role working at our Davis St. location in Old Town of Portland OR. But will travel throughout the 5 counties. The schedule for this role is a Hybrid at least 3 days in office; MondayFriday 8:30am 5:00pm. Some nights and weekends may be required.
The starting pay is a yearly salary of $47370.59. The Housing Case Managers Pay increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $55170.59. This is a union represented position so the compensation benefits and conditions of work are collectively bargained.
