SENCO Thriving Secondary and SEN School Slough September Start
Location: Slough
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance

Your Role as a SENCO:
Oversee the schools SEN provision and ensure highquality support for students with additional needs.
Work closely with teachers parents and external professionals to implement effective strategies.
Develop and review EHCPs to support student progress.
Lead and manage a team of SEN staff providing training where necessary.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of interventions and adapt them as needed.
Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and school policies.
Who Were Looking For:
A qualified SENCO with the National SENCO Award (or willingness to obtain it).
Strong experience in SEND leadership and provision.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for inclusion and a commitment to student success.
An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
