Customer Service Agent with German
The Customer Service Agentwill be part of a dynamic customer service team ensuring highquality support for clients and contributing to the companys operational excellence.
Role Description:
- Provides daily customer support following company standards and processes.
- Handles inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assists customers with orders billing inquiries product/servicerelated questions and complaints.
- Investigates and resolves customer issues efficiently escalating when necessary.
- Ensures that customer requests are processed accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Provides customers with updates on order status delivery timelines and other servicerelated requests.
- Identifies recurring customer issues and suggests process improvements to optimize their experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- Previous experience in Customer Support order management or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers.
- Attention to detail strong organizational and multitasking abilities
