Location Bucharest Romania Engagement Type Time & Material Profession Scrum Master Role Description The End User Computing area is continuing to adopt Agile Ways of Working across all the products that it offers to end users within Deutsche Bank. As part of the continual work to mature in this area we are creating a new Agile Chapter within End User Computing for Scrum Masters. This new Chapter will consist of profession full time Scrum Masters embedded in our Agile Organisation to improve the adherence & quality to Agile Ways of Working practices. The Scrum Master operates at Squad level and is a change agent with a passion for working with people and teams to help them maximize the value created by the Squad. They will do this by helping the team understand Agile theory practices and values and translating this into practice by running the standard Agile ceremonies. The Scrum master develops and leads multidiscipline team(s) helping them to deliver value by facilitating progress and coaching them into a selforganized team. The Scrum Master will also coordinate with the different squads and release management to ensure successful delivery of features in production. Your key responsibilitieso Develop the Squad as a selforganised team that is responsible and accountable for delivering business valueo Run the Agile ceremonies ensuring adherence to Agile Scrum best practiceso Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to remove hinderances to team productivityo Provide Agile coaching & leadership to the Squad team members to embed the Agile values and practiceso Plan and coordinate with other Squads to ensure proper delivery of own squad scope and cross squad features in production Knowledge Skills and Abilities Mandatoryo Uptodate Scrum Master certified at an industry recognized certification bodyo Knowledge and experience in agile principles and frameworks e.g. Scrum SAFe Minimum 5 yearso Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques User Stories Acceptance Test Driven Development Behaviour Driven Development Continuous Integration Continuous Testing Pair workingo Familiar with tools for agile team management e.g. JIRA Confluenceo Goods skills of servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continuous improvement empowerment and increasing transparencyo Understand and promote agile values FROCC (Focus Respect Openness Commitment and Courage)o A great team player who is comfortable helping point out impedimentso Able to inspire and motivate people and multidisciplinary selforganised teamso Excellent communication and mentoring skillso Experience with distributed multilocations teamso Professional level of Englisho Nice to haveo Experience or technical knowledge in financial environments 1. To adhere to quality standards regulatory requirements and company policies 2. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases 3. To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. 4. To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. 5. To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management 6. Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management Training freshers coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
