Job Description
Responsibilities:
draft estate planning documents including but not limited to Wills Revocable Living Trusts Irrevocable Trusts trust administration documents and probate proceeding documents;
meet with clients regarding same and effectively communicate to clients;
supervise staff work with others and perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Qualifications:
LLM in taxation preferred;
Certified Specialist in taxation or trust/probate law preferred;
strong analytical and problem solving skills;
confidence to meet and work with clients and effectively communicate solutions to same;
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
ability to work with others
salary and benefits commensurate with experience
