Mediumsized hospital in a nice location in Texas is seeking a Director of Food and Nutrition. The Director will be responsible for all aspects of the food service operation. Will be charged with maintaining cost control human resources management hiring dismissing evaluating staff; purchasing food production and equipment maintenance. The position reports to the COO.
Qualifications:
BS in Dietetics or Food System Management
Should be a Registered and Licensed Dietician in Texas
At least 3 to 5 years experience working in an acute care setting.
