We are seeking a passionate and skilled Family Physician to join our dedicated team in Port Chester NY.
About Open Door:
Open Door offers integrated services adopting a holistic approach to healthcare. Our clinical programs encompass primary medical care dental care integrated behavioral health care clinical nutrition wellness programs and chronic disease management. With centers in Brewster Mamaroneck Mount Kisco Ossining Port Chester and Sleepy Hollow along with SchoolBased Health Centers a mobile dental van and a dental practice in Saugerties. Open Door is at the forefront of providing comprehensive health solutions.
Position: Family Physician
As a Family Physician at Open Door you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide highquality primary care to patients across all age groups
- Lead crossfunctional Care Teams to ensure collaborative and patientcentered care
- Engage in strong physicianpatient relationships to address patient needs consistently
- Deliver costeffective consistent and highquality primary care
- Work within an awardwinning integrated care system collaborating with behavioral health teams and patient assistance resources for comprehensive support
- Represent Open Door in community outreach activities
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy licensed in New York State
- Completion of a threeyear family practice residency
- Boardeligible from the American Board of Family Medicine; board certification required within 2 years
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Outstanding bedside manners empathy active listening and communication skills
- Proficient in EHR systems
- Flexible with outstanding clinical capabilities and judgment
- Comfortable in a dynamic high accountability environment
