Were seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As the Restaurant Manager youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Manage inventory supplies and equipment to minimize waste and control costs
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency
- Manage budgets financial reports and administrative tasks
- Stay updated on food industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food service industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on team leadership and motivation
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
