Job Description
The project leader role in Comfort Seating Category is to secure the category specific projects including CAT new material/sustainable material development and deployment (like LVL recycle foam recycle metal plastic free textile to textile and so on); to secure the new projects like Recliner development together with RA; to optimize the supply chain from end to end and so on.
Qualifications :
- Good knowledge on Category relevant sustainable material
- Strong Project Management Competence
- Strong communication negotiation and influence competence
- Strong stakeholder management
- Good knowledge and competence on biz development supplier development and risk management
- Good situational leadership skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Capability to perform business cases scenario planning risk assessment and draw conclusions to support the right business decisions
- Capability to identify and capture opportunities and deliver results in line with respective stakeholders
- Capability to challenge the current ways of working and find better ways
