We are seeking an Affiliate Sales Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our sales channels through affiliate partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies the ability to coach and motivate sales teams and the capability to analyze sales data to drive performance. The Affiliate Sales Manager will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with affiliate partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage affiliate sales channels to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Provide sales coaching and support to affiliate partners to optimize performance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure alignment with company objectives
