Job Summary:
Working alongside our inhouse (Philippines based) graphics designers and customer service teams your focus will be on paid and organic content. Specifically Meta Klaviyo EDM TikTok and SMS with the opportunity to work alongside the SEO/SEM management team creating outstanding content elevating our brand and driving business growth. Reporting directly to our Chief Operations Manager in Australia as our Digital Marketing Growth Specialist you ll be required to follow SMART marketing objectives delivering results based marketing campaigns. This performancedriven role lets your creativity and data expertise shine boosting our brands presence across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead digital strategies (Facebook Instagram EMD SMS etc) to grow brand awareness. Reporting results directly to the leadership team in Australia.
- Leverage Google Analytics social insights and SEO reports to refine strategies and boost performance.
- Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Manage social media campaigns track performance and make datadriven optimizations.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on the latest social media best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in an autonomous digital focused marketing role.
- Ready to work with multiple teams while wearing multiple hats.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Deep knowledge with 3yrs experience in Meta EDM and Google advertising etc.
- Creative proactive and deadline driven.
- Confident communicator adept in managing campaigns

- Setup and Location: Hybrid (Pampanga Site)
- Work Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM AEST 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time
- Employment Type: Fulltime

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Oversee the social media strategy for the company. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Utilize data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or relevant digital marketing role. Proficiency in using digital marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and similar platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
