Job Description
Lead and cultivate a strong salesdriven culture within the operations team by guiding and coaching Operation Managers and Area Managers. Identify skill gaps and development opportunities while providing strategic advice and support as needed.
Ensure retail operations adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a strong customerfirst approach in all activities.
Implement and drive customerfocused sales strategies aligning business priorities and targets with the Sales & Operations team.
Develop forwardthinking retail initiatives to maintain a competitive edge staying informed about market trends competitors and industry developments.
Support the retail segment of the annual budgeting process ensuring alignment and commitment from the operations team. Regularly review financial data and provide guidance to Operation and Area Managers in setting realistic sales budgets.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable retail operational plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
Identify and address critical business challenges ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Optimize stock management through innovative and costeffective strategies monitoring weekly stock levels to meet sales and profitability targets.
Perform additional operational duties and responsibilities as assigned.
