Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an ERP Consultant you will play a key role in implementing configuring and customizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct indepth analysis of clients business processes and requirements to design and implement ERP solutions that meet their needs.
Customize ERP systems to fit clients unique business processes and workflows.
Provide training and support to client endusers to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and business analysts to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within clients ERP systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
5 years of experience working with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of ERP modules including Finance Human Resources Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Experience with ERP implementation methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
ERP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Oracle Certified Professional.
Experience working with cloudbased ERP solutions such as NetSuite or Workday.
Previous experience in consulting or clientfacing roles.
Knowledge of industryspecific ERP solutions such as Salesforce for CRM or Epicor for manufacturing.
