As the face and voice of our brand youll ensure every customer interaction is met with enthusiasm care and the best possible solution.
What Youll Be Doing:

Be the goto support for our Spanishspeaking customers answering questions solving problems and delivering exceptional service.

Use your stellar English skills to assist and communicate effectively with our global customer base.

Engage with customers via phone chat and email delivering a seamless experience across multiple channels.

Transform customer complaints into opportunities turning challenges into positive lasting impressions.

Document and track customer feedback ensuring no detail is left behind.

Collaborate with your awesome colleagues to improve service processes and share ideas to elevate the customer experience.

Stay on top of product knowledge and company updates to offer the most current information and solutions.
Who You Are:

You speak Spanish like a native (C1 level or above) and are highly proficient in English (C1 level or above).

Youve got a proven track record in customer service or any role where helping people is key.

You thrive on solving problems and love turning a frustrated customer into a loyal one.

Your communication skills are topnotch and you can connect with people quickly and effectively.

Youre a fast learner who loves staying on top of new technologies and processes.
