About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) in growing their businesses through digital advertising. You will engage with clients across multiple channels; chat email and phone providing pre and postsales support product assistance and troubleshooting to enhance their overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their digital advertising needs providing expert guidance on selfserve ad platforms.
- Offer pre and postsales support ensuring clients maximize the value of their advertising campaigns.
- Provide technical product support to improve customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across chat email and phone to address client inquiries.
- Deescalate customer concerns using strong soft skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client data.
- Work collaboratively with team members and internal departments to drive customer success.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and customerfocused approach to problemsolving.
- Strong team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fast learner with the capacity to quickly understand new tools and platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service digital advertising or tech support is a plus.
