Job Description
Job Title: Remote UX/UI Designer
Location: Remote (U.S. Only)
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: $90000 $140000 per year (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and userfocused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user interfaces and improving the overall user experience. This is a fully remote position but applicants must be based in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design userfriendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs to bring concepts to life.
- Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Optimize user flows interactions and visual elements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends tools and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work user flows and wireframes.
- Experience with responsive design and mobilefirst principles.
- Knowledge of usability testing user research and wireframing tools.
- Solid understanding of design systems visual design principles and interaction design.
- Strong communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for SaaS platforms mobile apps or ecommerce.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and frontend development (optional but beneficial).
- Experience with agile or scrum methodologies in a design environment.
