Job Description
Join Nines 9Now team and play a key role in delivering worldclass ondemand entertainment!
As a 9Now Programming Assistant youll be instrumental in curating and managing content across 9Now Live Catalogue and Digital Channels. Reporting to the 9Now Programming Manager youll ensure seamless programming content placement and editorial .
From major sporting events like the NRL Australian Open State of Origin and Olympics to the latest mustwatch shows youll help shape the viewing experience for millions of Australians anytime anywhere on any device.
Responsibilities:
Day to day you will:
- Support digital channel programming portfolio maintenance
- Provide curational support for key sporting events like the NRL Australian Open State of Origin and Olympics.
- Manage content cataloguing metadata and scheduling for VOD and live programming.
- Liaise with partners to ensure timely content delivery.
- Curate 9Now Collections and assist with Connected TV content.
- Maintain playout schedules reporting and metadata consistency.
- Action programming amendments in databases and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Be a key contact for partners during fast turnarounds.
Qualifications :
What we would like to see:
- Passion for TV & sports with a keen eye for content.
- Understanding of BVOD platforms content curation or scheduling.
- Experience with content management systems or databases.
- Detailoriented adaptable and thrives in fastpaced environments.
- Strong time management communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with video editing and Google Suite is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours during major events.
