Job Description

Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child protection and permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.

Rutland is a small local authority that offer a very supportive management structure small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go alongside their GOOD Ofsted rating.

Duties of a Child protection and permanence social worker

  • Carry a caseload consisting of CiC CP and CiN cases.
  • Prepare assessments Cin reviews and plans as well as CP and CLA plans
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of files
  • Take part in team meetings and participate in team development
  • Prepare for case conferences court and meetings when required

Key requirements for the role
