Job Description
Description of the role:
The Automotive Sales Consultant at Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
- Provide information on pricing options financing and incentives
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Negotiate and close sales
- Follow up with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persistency
- Knowledge of automotive industry and products
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
