We will provide vital services including patient services environmental services food security help desk and more. As a public hospital with clinical services provided by Western Health this stateoftheart facility will play a key role in supporting the communitybe part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria.
THE POSITION
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in a large hospital setting.
- Supervise and support a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with dietitians and healthcare staff on meal requirements.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hospital policies.
- Handle scheduling performance management and team development.
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen hospital or largescale food service environment.
- Experience in meal preparation portion control and dietary requirements (especially in a healthcare setting).
- Ability to coordinate with dietitians healthcare professionals and suppliers.
- Ability to lead train and motivate a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
