About the role
As a permanent parttime Care Partner supporting clients in Bunbury & Surrounding areas (Capel included) you will be part of our BaptistCare at Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning and laundry showering continence support grooming dressing food preparation medication assistance social support and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
The position is Permanent Parttime working 30 hours per fortnight.
Our preferred availability is weekdays Monday to Friday with availability to work mornings and evenings. For example one day you may be rostered to do morning services up to 08:00am to 12:00pm midday another day late afternoon services from 12:00pm midday to 7:30pm. Some availability on weekends is highly regarded.
To support you in your role
- We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts
- Youll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you
- Youll be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails rosters and client care plans
- Access to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing professional development and career pathways
- Earn $31.64 $34.75 plus superannuation per hour paid travel time and km mileage between clients

What do we need from you
You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum ThirdParty Property Damage Car Insurance to transport clients.
You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience.
You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology apps and email.
You must be living within or very close to our client services located primarily in the greater Bunbury area and Capel.
