As part of the Sales Center you will have direct accountability for a dynamic group of Customer Success Representatives who provide service and sales support to our customers and Franchise Partners. You will deliver sales results through advanced coaching and skill development . Experience managing and executing multiple initiatives with a peoplefirst focus while delivering against performance results culture and engagement programs is a must.

For this roles duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 2 times per week.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Drive a sales and performancefocused culture:Through coaching and training lead a team of highperforming customer service representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics.Through effective conversion cancellation management and callhandling strategies youll ensure the Sales Center stays ahead of the curve.
- Manage operational efficiency to drive results: Seek ways to streamline processes to create efficiencies while driving top line revenue.
- Champion Change and Empower Teams: Lead the way in communicating and managing operational changes ensuring your team understands and embraces new procedures. Foster an environment where adaptation and become second nature driving operational success.
- Own Results and Seek New Opportunities: Take full ownership of department goals actively seeking out opportunities to streamline process or add value.
- Be the Voice of the Customer (VOC): Serve as an advocate for the customer collaborating closely with our Product Director and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of service we provide.
- Coach and Develop Representatives: Provide ongoing formal and informal feedback to Customer Success Representatives helping them grow in their roles. Cultivate leadership skills through handson coaching regular observation sessions and clear progress documentation to unlock their full potential.
- Foster a Thriving Culture: Create a dynamic and connected environment that attracts retains and inspires the best talent. Foster a sense of community within the sales center where every team member feels engaged and valued.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Annual Salary is $70000 $80000 plus bonus (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education experience and internal parity).
