Responsibilities:

• Lifeguarding our indoor and outdoor swimming pools and keeping our members and visitors safe
• Welcoming guests and members and dealing with general enquiries
• Completing and recording safety checks
• Dealing with any issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Supporting other departments as required including the cleaning team when youre not on poolside.

Requirements:

• Fully NPLQ qualified
• Able to act quickly calmly and effectively to any situation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required by spa schedules and business needs
