See Yourself as an Associate Software Engineer
As the Associate Software Engineers at Radian you will work on our products. This includes proprietary customizedofftheshelf as well as thirdparty solutions to enable business lines service offerings or other. You are responsible for delivering highquality standardized secure and performant code for the value benefit of Radian and our customers.
Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Develop features and improvements to the Radian products in a secure welltested and performant way.
Write code that meets our internal standards for style maintainability and best practices for a highscale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
Learn collaborate and teach other Software Engineers. Everyone can contribute something new to the team regardless of how long theyve been in the industry.
Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
Design and develop algorithms for generative models using deep learning techniques.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems.
Research and stay uptodate on the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies.
Optimize and finetune generative models for performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to generative AI models and implementations.
Create and maintain documentation for generative AI models and their applications.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to nontechnical stakeholders.

Your Knowledge:
Working knowledge of MERN technology stack MongoDB Express React and Node
Experience with AWS Bedrock and underlying LLMs
Ability to select and configure the right model based on the use case
Ability to deploy AI models in production environments
Ability to create LLM Ops pipeline to streamline merge and deployment of changes
Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI research and incorporate them into work.
Proficiency in Python Pytorch and gen AI techniques
Experience with prompt engineering
Experience with web application development.
Experience with GIT and CI/CD.
A fundamental understanding in core web and browser concepts.
A fundamental understanding of HTML CSS and core JavaScript concepts.
A fundamental understanding of relational data models.
Your Education Certifications and Prior WorkRelated Experience:
Degree Requirement: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior workrelated experience

Competitive Compensation:anticipated base salary rate from $63800 to $91200 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program and a longterm incentive program.
